Wore this on a rainy commute and my head stayed dry. The matte finish is sleek. It fits well, though it runs slightly large. Overall a great buy.

I've been through several rain hats, and this is by far the best. The TPE coating doesn't have that cheap plastic feel, and the windproof design is a bonus. I've worn it in downpours and it never leaked. My only regret is not buying two.
